About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Analyst. Working predominantly on process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document current business processes and pain points. Design and implement improved processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs. Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to support agile delivery and continuous improvement. Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria to guide technical and operational changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and solutions. Support change management activities, including training materials, user guides, and stakeholder communications. Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented processes to identify further opportunities for optimisation. About You Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on process improvement and implementation. Strong background working in agile environments, with a solid understanding of agile principles and ways of working. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Confident facilitator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in creating process documentation, process maps, and user stories. Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis or related disciplines (e.g., BABOK, Agile certifications) are highly regarded.
