The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator with strong commercial instincts to take ownership of estimating across data centre, switchyard, HV, and civil projects.
This role is hands-on: preparing tenders, pricing complex scopes, and working closely with project managers and engineers to deliver accurate, competitive submissions. At the same time, it is designed as a commercial pathway role — for the right candidate to grow into broader responsibility for contracts, claims, and margin protection as Nebula continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead estimating for switchyards, data centres, HV infrastructure, and civil/ASP projects.
Prepare accurate and competitive tenders, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Provide risk and scope analysis to ensure clarity and margin protection.
Support contract reviews, commercial reporting, and claims management.
Develop scalable estimating processes and tools to strengthen Nebula’s commercial backbone.
About You
5+ years’ experience as an estimator in HV, civil, data centres, or utilities.
Solid technical understanding of ASP standards and energy authority requirements.
Commercially capable — able to contribute to contracts, negotiations, and claims.
Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
Ambitious to step into greater commercial responsibility as the company grows.
