About the Position:
As a professional clinician, you will provide expert level services in clinical assessment, treatment, and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team framework.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality mental health education programs, identifying quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with Senior Intake Officers to optimize client pathways.
Deliver evidence-based clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve improved outcomes for young people aged 12-25 accessing primary care, mental healthcare, alcohol and drug services, and social, educational, and vocational services.
Required Expertise:
* General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility
* Demonstrated expertise in routine clinical practice with advanced knowledge and skills within the continuum of care
* Ability to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary setting, leveraging high-level communication skills to establish partnerships and consult with teams and service providers
* Proven capacity for self and others' professional development through education, networking, and evidence-based practice application
* Eligibility for NDIS worker screening clearance
