* Maintain key quality and compliance records, including course structures and industry engagement registers.

* Conduct compliance checks across learning materials and participate in validation activities to support RTO self-assurance processes.

* Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to continuous improvement and administrative updates of procedures.

* Prepare reports and communicate effectively across teams.

What We're Looking For:

* Comprehensive understanding of RTO Standards, training package requirements, and experience in developing accredited training products.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders.

* Sound understanding of training package requirements and the ability to apply compliance frameworks to product development.
