Silverchain's Community Specialist Palliative Care Service provides high-quality care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses at home, focusing on maintaining their quality of life through effective symptom management.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to conduct thorough assessments and manage clients' changing needs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of nursing experience and is eager to join a specialist team providing community-based palliative care.
This position involves delivering services to clients across North and South Perth Metro regions, based in Kingsley/Osborne Park. The successful applicant will commit to a full-time position, working shift patterns including days, evenings, and occasional nights, attracting penalty rates.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive palliative care within the community, as well as benefiting from an extensive orientation and education program.
