The Cape York Aboriginal Australian Academy is seeking a dedicated Head of Campus to lead the educational journey of students at our Hopevale Campus. As a visionary leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the academic and social future of our students.
About the Role
As Head of Campus, you will be responsible for delivering the department's vision and implementing all aspects of our education program. This includes improving educational outcomes, developing high-quality teaching and learning practices, and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, and the community.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver the Vision: Lead the implementation of the department's vision and goals at the Hopevale Campus.
* Implement Education Program: Oversee the delivery of the education program, ensuring that it meets the needs of our students.
* Improve Educational Outcomes: Develop and implement strategies to improve the educational outcomes of our students.
* Develop Teaching and Learning: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, developing high-quality teaching and learning practices that meet the needs of our students.
* Nurture Relationships: Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and the community, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
