Your Next Role
We're looking for a Electrical Engineer with 3 + years' experience, a passion for problem-solving, and a sense of adventure to join our South Australian team.
This is a dynamic role combining technical design, site-based testing, client interaction, and the opportunity to become a recognised expert in an exciting specialist field.
You'll work closely with a skilled team of engineers and technicians with a focus on
* Earthing system design and performance assessment
* Lightning protection system design and compliance checks
* Electrical shock risk audits and incident investigations
* Electromagnetic induction and interference studies
* Advanced problem solving across instrumentation, power, communications, and civil interfaces
* a hybrid blend of site and office-based practice, working closely with colleagues and clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Effective Proposal and Report writing
* Site-based electrical testing across SA and VIC
What You'll Bring
* A degree in Electrical Engineering
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, team-focused mindset
* Passionate about innovation, quality outcomes and making a difference.
* Strong focus on work, health and safety.
* A current Australian driver's licence
* Australian permanent residency or a valid work visa (please include your visa status)
* Willingness to travel and engage in site based work
What Sets You Apart (Desirable, but not essential)
* Experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory or other modelling tools
* Understanding of high voltage/low voltage systems
* Background in utilities, mining, or industrial sectors
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex tasks
* Experience in working and supporting small teams
