Project Architect - Retirement / Seniors Living (Revit)New

They have a strong pipeline of senior and retirement living projects and are seeking a project architect to take lead of projects through detailed documentation and delivery.
This role suits a technically strong leader who enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on in Revit.
You will work closely with a senior leader and be trusted with significant responsibility across high-value builds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from design development through to construction documentation and delivery
Manage and coordinate detailed Revit documentation across large, complex projects
Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders
Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance within the project team
Support design outcomes while maintaining strong technical standards
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a project architect on large-scale projects
Advanced Revit capability with strong documentation and coordination skills
Solid understanding of Australian building codes and construction methodologies
Ability to manage workflows, deadlines and consultant coordination effectively
Confident communicator with leadership experience within a project team environment
