Salesforce Developer
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team on a government digital transformation program. This role is focused on hands-on Salesforce development, delivering secure, scalable and maintainable solutions that align with government standards and support critical service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
* Build and enhance user interfaces, business logic and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
* Collaborate with architects, analysts and testers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives.
* Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
* Support testing, deployment and release management using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
* Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or government environments.
* Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
* Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools.
* Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience working within a Platform Engineering or enterprise technology team.
* Familiarity with government digital service standards and compliance frameworks.
* Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tooling in a Salesforce environment.
