The administration function in our business plays an important role in supporting project delivery, cash flow, and operational performance.
We are seeking a Project Administrator who is experienced, well organised, and comfortable working in a structured, detail-focused environment.

This is a hands-on project administration role with clear accountability. You will be responsible for ensuring administrative, financial, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting both project and service delivery.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a project, service, or operations administration role
* Demonstrated experience with invoicing and purchasing, essential
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines calmly
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with Excel and structured systems
* Experience with JCurve or similar ERP systems
* A practical, professional, and reliable working style
Industry experience is helpful but not required. Capability and consistency are.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing project and service invoicing accurately and in line with agreed timelines
* Creating and managing purchase orders, tracking ETAs, and liaising with suppliers
* Coordinating stock receipting and supporting inventory control
* Assisting with job creation, scheduling, and service coordination
* Supporting accounts receivable processes, statements, and follow-ups
* Administering trade account applications
* Maintaining accurate records, document control, and system data
* Supporting compliance requirements across quality, safety, and environmental systems
* Providing professional administrative and front-of-office support as required
