Salary:$75,000 – $85,000 + Super

Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of Strata Property claims efficiently and accurately
* Conducting thorough investigations and assessments of claims
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth claims processes
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
* Participating in negotiations to reach fair settlements
* Maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies
* Staying up-to-date with insurance regulations and industry best practices
About you:
* 2+ years in property claims (Non-Negotiable)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
