Studio Operations Assistant
As a Studio Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional class experience for our members every time they visit the studio.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of exercise equipment
* Monitoring studio comfort and ambiance by adjusting lighting, temperature, and odours
* Celebrating efficiency in stock management and deliveries
* Troubleshooting technical issues with cleaning robots
* Navigating supplier partnerships for occasional studio maintenance needs
You will work closely with the operations leader and engage proactively with members and local businesses to promote the studio.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that demands strong organizational skills, self-management, and reliability. You will receive comprehensive training in our collaborative team environment.
