Key Responsibilities
Prepare site plans and drawings; select appropriate plants, materials and equipment in line with client design requirements.
Schedule and coordinate landscape construction tasks from soft planting to hardscape build-works.
Set out and install both hardscape and softscape elements including decking, paved areas, gravel zones, retaining walls, fences, pergolas, trellises, ponds, and built-in garden furniture.
Prepare seedbeds and growing sites; plant trees, shrubs, hedges, ground covers, flowers and bulbs; prepare lawn areas including topsoil spreading and laying instant turf or artificial grass.
Determine hydraulic parameters for irrigation systems; install, test and maintain irrigation pumps, meters and piping (if applicable).
Ensure all installations (fencing, gates, retaining walls) meet quality, safety and aesthetic standards.
Operate landscaping tools, machinery and equipment; maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite in line with company standards.
Collaborate with the team, follow site supervisor instructions, and consistently maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
Certificates in landscape is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous 1 year experience in landscape construction or gardening preferred.
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
