* We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank and account reconciliations, and process payroll.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for BAS preparation and lodgment, managing petty cash and company credit cards, and onboarding new staff members.
* In addition, the role involves sending out employment contracts, maintaining employee records, and performing general reception and office duties.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams effectively.
