From Google Ads to Meta Suite campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), we tailor our approach to each client, ensuring their listings stand out and their brand stays top of mind.

Our goal is simple, help agents win more listings and connect with more vendors. We're hands-on, responsive, and focused on making sure every campaign delivers real value, whether it's a one-off listing or part of a long-term growth strategy.

We're proud to partner with some of the country's most respected real estate brands. This role is based onsite at the Sydney headquarters of one of our largest national clients, supporting their network of agents day to day.

The Role

As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be working directly with agents from one of Australia's most recognised real estate networks. You'll act as the key link between their team and 23rd Street, ensuring agents understand, adopt, and get the most out of our marketing services, particularly digital advertising and Vendor Paid Advertising (VPA) campaigns.

This role is highly relationship-driven. You'll be based within the client's Sydney HQ, working alongside their internal teams to drive adoption, troubleshoot issues, and improve agent engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Onsite Client Support: Be the first point of contact for agents, providing one-on-one support, answering queries, and helping them make the most of our marketing services.
* Agent Engagement & Retention: Work proactively to improve campaign usage, increase agent participation, and boost the percentage of listings using our services.
* Onboarding: Support new agents through their first 90 days, helping them launch their first three VPA campaigns and build confidence in digital advertising.
* Training & Enablement: Deliver marketing insights, tools, and best practices to help agents get better results from platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Process Feedback: Identify trends, blockers, and opportunities to improve our service delivery in collaboration with both the client and our internal teams.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Spot and address issues early, ensuring agent satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Who You Are

* Experience in customer success, account management, or support roles, ideally in marketing or real estate.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you're comfortable working onsite and supporting professionals in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset, you take initiative, solve problems early, and keep things moving.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus (or you're eager to learn).
* Bonus: Experience supporting large, multi-office businesses or working closely with national real estate brands.
