KPAT Hotels is seeking a motivated Pub Chef to lead the kitchen of The Grand Gladstone Hotel. This role will play a key role in maintaining a strong and efficient kitchen operation as we prepare for a major renovation of the venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare and deliver high quality food in a high volume and fast paced environment
· Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
· Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and upheld
· Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and consistent service
· Work autonomously when required and collaboratively as part of a team
· Remain calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods
· Contribute to an outstanding dining experience for every guest
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
· A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
· Proven experience working in high volume and fast paced kitchens
· Excellent communication skills
· A quick learner and confident problem solver
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills
