Event Assistant (Junior / Early Career) — Suite Events
Greater Brisbane Area | On-site + some WFH
Part-time ongoing (with increased hours during peak periods)
Suite Events delivers standout corporate events, private celebrations and live music experiences across Brisbane — including our signature Boss Ladies Lunch.
We're looking for a motivated Event Assistant who's eager to learn, super organised, and ready to be hands-on supporting event delivery.
Hours & Availability
You'll need strong availability during peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day + key event weeks). Outside of peak times, hours are flexible and task-based, with a mix of WFH admin and occasional in-person support (prep, collections, set-up).
You'll help with:
* Event prep, packing + logistics
* Supplier communication
* On-site support (set-up, styling, guest flow)
* Admin support + schedules
You'll suit this role if you're:
* Eager to learn, proactive and organised
* Calm under pressure with great communication
* Strong customer service skills
* Experience is a bonus — we can teach you the rest.
