About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and capable Site Engineer to join our civil construction team. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to manage the technical and quality aspects of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects, including subdivisions, infrastructure, and bulk earthworks, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful outcomes for our communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate day-to-day site engineering activities
* Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to site teams
* Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
* Assist with construction planning, programming, and sequencing of works
* Manage quality assurance documentation and site records
* Track project progress and support monthly progress claims
* Coordinate permits, approvals, and pre-construction requirements
* Identify and resolve technical issues to keep projects on track
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and QA processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Well-developed time management and organisational skills
* Current Driver's Licence
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
