Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology.Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Must have skills:Strong experience in UI, API Automation using Selenium (JAVA), Rest Assured and Postman & Playwright to develop & maintain Automation framework/libraries, tools.Ability to independently create, execute and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks.Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity and Playwright-BDD.Scripting/development experience (JAVA, J2EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.).Experience in Code Coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.Experience with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, etc.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.Experience with code version controlling tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.Experience with project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Rally, etc.Ability to efficiently lead a team of automation testers which is not co-located (onshore/offshore model).Demonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization.Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management.Nice to Have skills:Exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space, like RPA, Analytics driven testing, usage of AI/ML in QA.Knowledge on GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot and its adoption within enterprises.Experience on mobile automation solutions like UFT Mobile and others to provide fit for purpose solutions for our clients.All aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence and performance.
