* Significant experience in aged care, community services, health or related sectors, delivering results in complex environments
* Deep understanding of person-centred care and its operational application
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through organisational change and service redesign
* Strong knowledge of aged care funding frameworks, compliance, and quality systems
* Exceptional communication, partnership building and problem-solving skills
* Strategic thinking, analytical capability, and a passion for innovation
