Additionally, you will ensure service delivery is aligned to SLAs with minimal disruption and high user satisfaction.
Leading the IT service desk, implementing continuous service improvements, and driving maturity in ITSM practices are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field and 5+ years' experience in IT service management or operations leadership.
A strong track record of implementing and improving ITIL-aligned processes is essential, along with proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and service-level agreements.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are also required, as well as resilience, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams is highly regarded.
