Perioperative Care Professional
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team providing technical and clinical support during anaesthesia inductions, maintenance, and emergence.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, minimum 2 years' experience preferably in a critical care area, flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, and commitment to ongoing professional education.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides technical and clinical support to the Anaesthetist during induction, maintenance, and emergence from anaesthesia.
* Responds to unexpected outcomes and uses problem-solving skills to respond to emergencies in the Perioperative department.
* Ensures compliance with all legislative requirements in the workplace including occupational safety and health acts and workers' compensation.
Requirements
* Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 2 years' experience preferably in a critical care area.

To succeed, you will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse with recent clinical experience (at least 2 years), possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and commit to ongoing professional education.
