Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the delivery of residential and commercial building projects.
* Assist in interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide daily operations and ensure compliance with building codes.
* Coordinate the supply and delivery of materials and equipment to maintain smooth project flow and meet deadlines.
* Supervise and support subcontractors and labourers to ensure tasks are completed to standard and on schedule.
* Monitor on-site safety and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure construction work meets project requirements and building codes.
* Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, material logs, and incident documentation.
* Liaise with clients, supervisors, and external contractors to resolve issues and maintain clear communication.
* Support the preparation of cost estimates and assist in materials take-offs during planning phases.
* Assist with site logistics, scheduling, and organisation of project phases to ensure timely completion.
