About You:
* Hold a valid working visa in Australia with prior experience in event operations.
* Hold or be eligible to hold a current Approved Manager's Card.
* Possess strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
* Record of success in Events, specifically delivering profit growth, cost control, and customer loyalty.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills to build a high-performing team.
