We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a key member, you'll provide top-notch customer service while efficiently managing the booking and coordination of service calls.

About This Role

* Responsibilities include:
* Booking and coordinating service calls to ensure timely attendance
* Communicating with customers throughout the work order process to keep them informed of status
* Providing first-level technical support over the phone
* Liaising with Service Agents to ensure Customer jobs are completed on time and to required standards

Your Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills with a positive phone manner
* Strong active listening skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing
* Proficiency in typing and grammar
* Effective time management and work planning skills
