About the Role
You’ll be the key point of contact for homeowner’s post-handover, ensuring all maintenance requests and service needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from clients
* Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
* Schedule and track maintenance jobs through to completion
* Maintain accurate records and communication logs
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
* Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality outcomes
* Assist with warranty claims and defect management
About You
* Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Confident using systems and software (CRM or property management platforms advantageous)
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
