Many people call us the "apple" of the coating industry.Join our first location in Perth, Western Australia.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a customer acquisition and relationship-building star, you will be reporting to the Site Manager and working as part of a small in branch team, you will enjoy a mix of face-to-face customer contact in addition to phone, email, and light warehouse duties. You will need to be driven to be the best and leave no stone unturned when it comes to hitting targets and smashing KPIs.Face to face customer service for walk-in trade and retail customers.Managing phone/email enquiries and order taking.Data entry of orders and customer follow ups.Building existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-up.Making outbound calls to establish new client relationships.Lead validation & research.Light warehouse duties including unloading stock and packing orders.Assisting customers with training, product knowledge and information.Working within and assisting with company training courses.This is your opportunity to join an expanding company with further growth potential and career opportunities on offer for the right person.
