Advanced Academic Background: A Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or an equivalent skill set, such as Architecture with horticulture or ecology training.
StrategicProjectLeadership: Strongtimemanagementandprojectmanagement skills to align work with scope and schedules.
Technical Mastery: Well-developed technical skillsregardingdesign, construction techniques, and industry-standard programs.
Communication and Presentation: Solid oral and written communication skills, with the ability to projecta positive image forthe firm.
