The Opportunity
* Coordinating vessel bookings for haul-outs, returns and marina stays
* Communicating with a wide range of customers and onsite tenants via email, phone and walk in's
* Managing inbound calls, emails, two-way radios and face-to-face enquiries
* Taking payments, quoting, invoicing and general admin duties
* Scheduling vessels and bookings
* Using Pacsoft (marine based software), along with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Working onsite full-timewithin a dynamic team environment
A Successful Candidate Will Have
* A strong foundation of marine knowledge, understanding boats and the industry is essential
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a broad customer base
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude with solid admin capabilities
* Full Australian working rights — unfortunately, this role is not open to Working Holiday Visa holders
