Empowerment Support Specialist
The successful candidate will play a key role in empowering clients to participate fully in their community, hobbies, interests, and programs, while promoting independence and inclusion.
* Provide respectful and dignified personal care and daily living support with compassion and understanding
* Support clients to engage in outdoor and hands-on activities such as swimming, sports, art, music, gardening, or cooking with creativity and enthusiasm
* Promote independence and inclusion by fostering meaningful relationships within the community
* Communicate proactively with team members and supervisors to report progress and share knowledge
