Central Coast Leagues Club is seeking experienced and talented full-time Sous Chefs to join our team
You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager's to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Assist the Kitchen Manager's in leading and motivating the kitchen team
* Ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Oversee food preparation, stock control, and food safety compliance
* Provide guidance and training to other team members to support their development
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a kitchen
* Formal culinary qualifications
* Strong availability across the week and a willingness to work a flexible roster to cover peak trade periods.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage the kitchen team
* Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen
