Key Responsibilities:

* Develop high-quality content that aligns with brand tone and voice guidelines, using templates and images.
* Schedule and publish content using our preferred scheduling tool, ensuring timely approvals.
* Monitor content performance and recommend adjustments based on trends and analytics.
* Provide monthly performance analytics for key channels and content types, such as video and podcasts.
* Comply with organisational guidelines, policies, and procedures, including privacy, copyright, and commercial considerations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in creating content for diverse social media platforms, following brand style guidelines.
* Strong understanding of social media best practices and success factors, producing actionable insights.
* Knowledge of key stakeholders in the agricultural sector and ability to adopt a 'grower-first' approach to content.
* Familiarity with the broader agricultural landscape and core business operations.
* Experience in community moderation, risk identification, and brand protection.
