The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rental Operations Agent.
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, promoting our brand, and ensuring that our vehicles are cleaned and prepared for rental.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and promote our brand
* Complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings
* Clean the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
* Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A full and valid driver's licence
* A minimum availability of 3-4 days per week
* Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles
* An ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
* An ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
* A comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
