This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business with over 40 years of experience in the industry. You will work with leading global brands, including Yamaha, Triumph Motorcycles, Ducati, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, GasGas and Royal Enfield.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in events such as demo weekends and trade shows
* Maintaining a clean and organised retail and storage environment
* Participating in showroom merchandising and promotional activities
* Accurately identifying and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories
* Processing orders, maintaining stock levels, and updating inventory systems
* Supporting Service Technicians and Sales Departments with timely part supply
* Delivering exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service to retail and internal workshop customers
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
* A current motorcycle licence or the ability to obtain one
* Previous customer-facing retail experience with a focus on high-level service
* A sound understanding of motorcycle components or a strong willingness to learn
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask under pressure
* A Certificate III in Automotive Sales or relevant experience in motorcycle parts sales
