**About the Role**
Due to continued growth and ongoing acquisition of new projects across WA, our client is seeking to engage an experienced and professional Development Administrator to assist with providing high level administration support across the Development team.
This role will be responsible for assisting the development team with management of confidential and sensitive documentation. This role suits someone who is already working in a similar role within the property industry or an experienced Administrator with a broader interest in Property.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Prepare project files for new house orders and construction.
- Develop and update the build status register to help manage build progress.
- Undertake build prestart meetings and reselections
- Prepare agendas for meetings and take minutes
- Assist with processing contractor and consultant claims for payment
- Ensure required insurances are held and maintained by builders, contractors, and consultants.
- Assist the development team with managing build process to achieve effective, on time delivery of houses and handover to clients.
- Liaise with internal development and drafting team to prepare build packages for lodgement with builders.
- Prepare landscape plans for lodgement
**About You**
To be successful you will hold the below experience.
- Experience in a similar role within the Property or Construction Industry would be highly regarded
- Well suited to someone from a Pre-start role with a new home builder, or perhaps a sales contract administrator form another development firm.
- Strong Administration and computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- You will be confident and competent communicator
- You will have a strong work ethic and a good attitude
This role requires someone that is switched on, highly organised, capable of being high output setting. You will ideally hold a university degree, a passion for Property will be very beneficial.
