Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer in Gold Coast, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility.
In this leadership role you will oversee and provide legal expertise in Wills & Estates, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising clients, and managing estates and probate matters.
Responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, contributing to legal innovation projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while offering strategic support to clients and partners.
Qualifications
Extensive expertise in Wills, Estates, Probate, and related legal disciplines
Proven experience in legal drafting, reviewing legal documents, and delivering high-quality client advisory services
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and develop junior team members
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in using digital tools and software to streamline work processes
A current practicing certificate and significant post-qualification experience in Wills and Estates law
Familiarity with Australian legal standards and compliance requirements
