An award-winning studio seeks a Senior Architect ready to step into a pivotal leadership position.
This role is ideal for a registered architect with strong experience in project delivery, team leadership, and client management across Multi-Res, Defence, education or Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of a wide range of architectural projects.
Direct juniors in an exceptional team through a diverse range of projects.
Managed client relationships and guided project direction from concept to completion.
Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure design integrity and strategic outcomes.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and team resources.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with Australian standards and BCA.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and design innovation within the practice.

About You
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an architectural practice.
Registered Architect with demonstrated project leadership experience.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and contract administration.
Exceptional design, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and high-value projects.
A confident communicator and natural mentor with a passion for design excellence.
