Role Description
This is an on‐site, full‐time Sales Consultant role located in Sydney, NSW. The Sales Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer expert guidance on selecting custom jewelry designs. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, offering consultations, building trust with clients, and delivering a seamless and memorable shopping experience. Additional duties may include managing customer inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with the team to fulfill customer expectations.

* Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting roles to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
* Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through exceptional interpersonal interactions.
