Rewards Manager Role

This role is accountable for building and implementing rewards solutions that align to our remuneration philosophy and drive business and individual performance. The rewards solutions will include mobility-related processes of the company.
The role will deliver operational activities and programs that support rewards and mobility-related initiatives to HR Business Partners and business leaders across the organization.
* You will be responsible for all operations of employee mobility programs related to visa, contract, relocation etc. with focus on compliance, planning, efficiency, benchmarking, and cost effectiveness.
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external partners and networks in the mobility ecosystem.
* Work closely with People & Culture colleagues, including Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams, to align messaging and enhance employee experience.
* Review and setup mobility-related support, for all new hires as maybe required.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in a Mobility rewards role.
* A basic understanding of Australian HR legal and regulatory environment.
* Knowledge of employee recognition and benefits programs, processes, issues and considerations.
* Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business or Commerce.
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
