As a Senior Consultant you will play a crucial role in contributing to the successful implementation of projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and collaborating with team members to help educate and development their solution capabilities.
What will your typical day look like?
A typical day for a Dayforce Technical Senior Consultant involves designing and developing integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems, preparing and migrating data from legacy platforms with meticulous attention to detail, and facilitating client workshops to gather requirements and demonstrate system capabilities.
Providing technical advice to clients on best practices and trouble shooting will be an ongoing task.
You collaboration within the Dayforce team is crucial.
This will involve regular meetings, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
Additionally, you will continue to develop professional through training, certifications and staying updated with industry trends.

Enough about us, let's talk about you You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology.
While you'll certainly have deep expertise in integration development and data management, you'll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
Requirements: Proven experience (min.
2 years) as a senior consultant implementing, supporting or client working with HCM (e.g.
Core HR, Rostering and Time & Attendance and Payroll) related technical design Experience in interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements in a business analyst or functional consultant role Specialist knowledge in Dayforce integrations and data manager of with equivalent / similar systems (e.g.
SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP) however, 'hands on' direct experience in Dayforce would be a major advantage Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
