Homes North is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Tenancy team as a Tenancy Team Leader, based in Armidale.
This full-time leadership role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of high-quality tenancy services. Working closely with the Regional Manager Tenancy, the successful candidate will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes for tenants.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated person with experience in:
* 2-5 years experience in managing, coaching or leading a team or in a leadership role
* Track record of delivering deadlines, while maintaining high standards of compliance
* Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills
* A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Property Management or Community Services or another related field
* Experience or understanding of property management
* Experience in a not for profit organisation or community services organisation would be beneficial
* Current Driver's License
* Current Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check
