What you’ll do
In this role you will you partner with leaders at all levels and:
4. provide talent acquisition advice and solutions to hiring managers around sourcing, attraction and the assessment of top and diverse talent.
5. work closely as part of a talent acquisition team to identify and then drive innovative ways to source talent.
What we’re looking for
6. You have demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition role within either agency, RPO, or an internal talent acquisition environment.
7. Managing a high volume of open roles comes easy to you.
8. You know how to keep your hiring managers informed and on track.
9. You also know the value of keeping your candidates warm and engaged and have tested candidate care strategies in place.
10. You don’t take orders, instead you partner with your hiring managers to develop innovative, fit for purpose, speedy and inclusive talent solutions to ensure their hiring objectives are achieved.
