The roles will involve service and repair of: General Service and Road Transport fleet Light Vehicles We are currently seeking: Leading Hand Diesel Fitter Focused on leading a small team of mechanical trades to ensure preventative maintenance, service and repair of fleet are carried out with quality, safely and to schedule. Primarily focused on primarily servicing Road Transport fleet of HR Hook Lift, Skip and Compactor trucks and some Light Vehicles. The role offers: Competitive rate of $51/hr Penalties OT! Day shift available Brand new workshop with well maintained, cleaned down, modern fleet for easier work Excellent safety and support from supervision Fixed, local role with good rate for work/home balance – no regional work required! The role requires: Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics OR other Mechanical trade with proven track record of diesel/heavy vehicle service and repair Experience with heavy vehicles and/or large, diesel engine vehicles Mechanical tooling Ability to work reasonable overtime as required Trade Qualified Mechanic Primarily focused on primarily servicing Road Transport fleet of HR Hook Lift, Skip and Compactor trucks and some Light Vehicles. The role offers: Competitive rate of $50/hr Penalties OT! Day shift and possible Afternoon Shift available! Brand new workshop with well maintained, cleaned down, modern fleet for easier work Excellent safety and support from supervision Opportunity to train up to working on mobile plant and heavy vehicles with seasoned professionals! Fixed, local role with good rate for work/home balance – no regional work required! The role requires: Trade qualification in any Vehicle Mechanical trade with proven track record of qualified service and repair of vehicles Experience with mobile plant, heavy vehicles and/or large, diesel engine vehicles is a bonus!
