Louenhide is on the lookout for a senior designer who is
creative, detail-obsessed, and brand-loving
to join our team for a 7-month maternity leave contract. If you're passionate about creating beautiful, cohesive brand experiences across digital, retail, social and wholesale — this is your chance to join one of Australia's fastest-growing accessories brands.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll be the guardian of our visual identity — bringing campaigns to life across eDMs, paid ads, website assets, wholesale communications and more. You'll work closely with marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale teams to deliver fresh, aspirational and on-brand creative that inspires customers and drives results.

A snapshot of your day-to-day
* Designing high-impact
campaign assets
, brand visuals + copy
* Creating
eDMs
that convert and align to weekly product priorities
* Designing for the
website
, ensuring all assets elevate UX and CVR
* Capturing and editing iPhone imagery for product flaylays
* Building
paid media ads
that stop the scroll and drive revenue
* Partnering with teams across the business to keep Louenhide's look & feel cohesive and timeless
Required Skills & Experience
· years design experience (preferably retail/fashion/ecomm)
· Strong Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Light Room)
· Experience in email design + Klaviyo essential
· Understanding of performance-led creative (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
· Photography skills in flatlays and product led images
· Strong copywriting ability
Contract Details:
7 months full time (with the possibility of extension or ongoing part time work)
4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
