Manage the Fleet. Support Operations. Deliver Results.
Working closely with the Fleet Manager, the Fleet Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the business to deliver optimal fleet performance. This position is responsible for the coordination and day-to-day management of fleet activities, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational across the branch network.

What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate the full fleet disposal and procurement process, including liaising with dealers, buyers, and logistics teams
* Ensure all fleet systems and records are accurate and up to date
* Manage fleet damage processes, including supervising staff, approving quotes, and determining repair actions
* Coordinate warranty repairs and vehicle recalls
* Support the management of internal fleet usage, cross-hires, accidents, and stolen vehicles
* Assist with servicing schedules and ensure timely implementation
* Coordinate vehicle relocations across the branch network
* Work closely with the Fleet Manager to support proactive fleet management, particularly sales and purchasing activities
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' experience in a fleet-related role (car rental industry preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure with limited resources
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience in vehicle procurement and sales
* A genuine passion to succeed and support team outcomes
Highly Desirable
* Clear understanding of Australian motor industry rules and regulations.
