We are seeking an a dynamic and hard working Project Manager to join our growing business. We are seeking a team player who is enthusiastic, willing to learn, has a sound of construction and with strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Knowledge in the use of Cubits and MS Projects is preferred.
The role involves
creating and managing schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations, overseeing staff and subcontractors, and communicating with clients and other professionals. They interpret plans, procure materials and equipment, and track project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Project Manager located in Rockdale, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and coordination:
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; obtain necessary permits and licenses.
* Resource management:
Coordinate and manage human resources (staff, subcontractors) and physical resources (materials, equipment).
* Budget and cost control:
Create project estimates, manage the budget, and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability.
* Oversight and quality assurance:
Interpret architectural drawings, oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and building codes.
* Stakeholder communication:
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to report on progress and address concerns.
* Risk management:
Identify and manage risks and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
* Reporting:
Prepare reports on project progress and submit inspection logs and quality assurance reports.
