We are a growing Southeast Asian food & beverage brand operating multiple restaurants in Melbourne. We are currently expanding our product range and are looking for a part-time team member to support marketing and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities | 工作内容
- Follow up on store orders and simple order processing
- Maintain customer relationships & organise customer/product data
- Assist in promoting in-house and imported products to supermarkets & Asian grocers
- Support basic marketing activities and collect customer feedback
- Provide general administrative support
- Occasional store visits (own car required)
- 跟进门店订货、基本跟单处理
- 客户资料整理、维系客户关系
- 协助推广公司自家品牌及亚洲进口食品至超市/亚超
- 协助市场活动、收集客户反馈
- 简单行政与资料整理
- 需不定期外出，需自备交通工具
