GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
Drives growth of the Vegetation Management portfolio focusing leveraging the agency channel to drive adoption of vegetation management portfolio and spray contractors. Through execution of the VM strategy, and identification of new spray contractor end – user targets

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Strategic Sales & Growth:
Drive market growth for Envu's VM solutions by executing national and territory-level sales strategies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities focusing on spray applicators and contractors across infrastructure, rail, utilities, LGA and industrial markets that purchase materials through retail channel network (both rural retailers and Tuff & Commercial retailers).
Develop territory/zone plans, guide spray contractors and agents through sales pipeline, provide forecasting insights to the supply chain along with insights to Commercial excellence.
Lead commercial discussions with key stakeholders at multiple levels within major customer accounts.

Account Management:
Develop and manage long-term relationships with retail channel key branches Top 20 branches in geography assigned.
Build key relationships with existing spray contractors associated with the top 20–30 branches. Bring in new spray contractors adopting Envu technology in coordination with key retail agents.

Customer Segmentation & Experience:
Understand and segment spray contractors and implement spray contractor programs/incentives while partnering with channel partners.

Digital & CRM Engagement:
Use Envu's CRM system to manage pipelines, track engagement, and generate segmented communication strategies.
Drive digital adoption across the customer base to enhance education, awareness, and data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration:
Report to the Senior National Sales Manager – T&O and VM.
Collaborate with technical support, marketing activation, commercial excellence, and supply chain, to execute plans and deliver value.
Represent Envu at industry events with channel partners, field days, and training workshops.
Enable customer demonstrations/trials in collaboration with technical support.
Facilitate and support customers grant funding projects aligned with target focused agents and key spray contractors.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Sales, Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing Activation, Agency Contractor/Sales Support
External: Customers – end user spray contractors, Customers – channel agency partners, Industry bodies, Government

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science, a related technical field, or in Business Management (or equivalent).
5–10 years' experience in related role or industry
Strong data-driven decision making
Technical understanding of spray technology and VM products
Effective stakeholder influencing and relationship-building
Ability to plan and execute territory sales strategies
