Overview
Harvey Norman Cannonvale Warehouse team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Warehouse Manager, you have a valuable understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Understand the dispatching and receiving of orders
- Coach staff and liaise with customers to provide exceptional customer service
- Lead and manage warehouse operations, including the loading of trucks and distribution of goods
- Ensure a strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner
What we require
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Experience in warehouse management
- Ability to operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team
- Motivated with a great eye for detail
- Experience checking delivery sheets
- Effective distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks
- Strong commitment to WHS policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a can do attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
- Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (essential)
