MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) Jandakot is seeking an Internal Sales team member to join their growing team. As part of the Internal Sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations, managing enquiries and ensuring exceptional service across the branch. This is a permanent full-time position based in Jandakot, WA. What you’ll be doing: Providing outstanding customer service at the trade counter. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions. Preparing and following up quotations. Assisting customers with product information and solutions. Liaising with suppliers to support customer requirements. Managing stock control activities, including restocking shelves. Picking customer orders and supporting daily branch operations. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the Branch Manager. About You: A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality service. Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to work. Reasonable computer skills and confidence learning new systems. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team. Looking for a long-term career rather than just another job. Industry experience is advantageous but not essential. Current driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights are required.
